Its christmas time and even though im neither christian or pagan i still got time off work.
Today I would like to talk about the importance of taking a break.
Its important to take a break every once in a while (im sure you all know this) to relax and enjoy some recreational time. If you overwork yourself, it plays havoc with your ability to correctly process information and can make you less efficient in your work. So, everyday you need to excuse yourself from work for 10-15 minutes and do something that you enjoy.
This may seem like a useless post considering it really has nothing to do with the law of attraction or intention manifestation, but it stills plays an important part with keeping yourself at a positive vibration. However, even when your trying to take recreational time, you may still worry about work or whatever else you have to deal with. I cant stress enough to just not worry about these kinds of thing during your recreational time. That maybe difficult because we generally hold a high amount of worry about things that we think of as important. But you need to be able to seperate yourself from your worries to keep a good vibration.
Now, one thing i do during my recreational time to help to stop me worrying is that i just say to myself that ill let the universe handle it. Once i have reassure myself that the universe is handling it, it allows me to calm down and think about what i want to do with my free time. Then i can usually enjoy something and keep my vibrations raised :)
